Help starting farm

I know A lot of people in my area that would like to have a place to buy worms. I am in southeast oklahoma. Don't really have the money to completely start so I was wondering if there are any farms put there that would like to expand. Use my land and me and husband do the work for a percentage or some kind of deal. Any ideas. Might be stupid to try and find this though.
