Arthritis and DE

I started taking DE on May 12, 2016. Today is August 12, 2016.

About a day or two after I began, I noticed enough difference in my joints to keep on it. It was a remarkable improvement.

I have missed three days at the most since I began (after three days, my joints remind me!). I am thoroughly convinced that the DE has helped my joints, specifically my finger arthritis.

Because my fingers were PAINFUL and creaking, cracking for a couple of years coming on, Hurting. Now they are not. Some of the swelling is gone, though not all. But all of the pain is gone.

I am a 56 year old female. My mother had severe Rheumatoid Arthritis and deformed I want to avoid all that. I eat as clean as possible (try to find anti-inflammation foods and avoid inflammatory it if you don't know).

I drink green tea, oil pull, and do everything I can to keep it away. It's a lifestyle that anyone can do if they hate pain the way I do.

I started with 1/4 tsp of DE per day in water, no bad effects, moved up to 1/2 tsp, then to 1 tsp per day. Now I take about 1/2 a tablespoon per day. Plan to continue.

Oh yeah, and DE gets rid of parasites. We all have em whether you think you do or not (they are microscopic). No big deal. Just get rid of em. Don't obsess about it and get all gloomy. Just take DE.

Toxins accumulate in joints. Avoid em.
