Find out why there is more
The "Trashout" business (a.k.a. property preservation) is a multi-billion dollar industry.
Banks are foreclosing on homes at an exponential rate and that means they are looking for people like you and I to clean up these homes so they can get them back on the market as soon as possible.
There are NOT enough Foreclosure Property Clean Up people like you and I to keep up with the demand.
That means a steady stream of income for you and I for years to come.
Hello everyone! My name is Pauly and this is my hobby website where I help gardeners and fisherman raise worms and worm compost, but I want to talk about something completely different this time. I absolutely love helping people in almost any way that I can. That's why I created this website, because I'm successful at something and want to teach others as well.
But I also had a little secret that I've been holding back for a while now and just wanted to test the waters before I shared this with all of my friends here. I'm not one to just read something or take someone else's word all the time and then pass it on as truth or give my stamp of approval for it.
I do Property Clean Up for a living.
I don't have a website for Blue Cord but when I'm not working in the field, I'm working on my WFR Site.
These are Foreclosures all across the United States and in your area.
Let me explain this Heat-Map click here.
What is Foreclosure Property Clean up/Preservation?
In a moment I'm going to introduce you to a friend of mine, who's considered as the best property preservation trainer in the nation who also trained me in the property clean up business. It was his training that made me succeed in this industry by giving me all the videos, manuals, and contacts I needed to land my first jobs. But first here is a quick overview of what property preservation is.
Property preservation is the maintaining, securing, and protecting of homes that are now in foreclosure or in bank-owned status.
Banks hire national property management companies or local REO realtors that hire contractors like you and I to perform simple routine jobs like lock changes, cleaning out the home, and routine mowing.
Below are my personal pictures of some of the before and after jobs that we did.
Okay, so by now you kind of get an idea of what Foreclosure Property Preservation is. So let me quickly make a few points based on my own experience:
1. It's not a Get-Rich-Fast business
2. Can be started with low overhead
3. You can get others to do the work for you
4. You may already have all the equipment you need
5. Some cool jobs consist of People leaving amazing things behind
6. Sell those items on Craigslist or Ebay
7. Make $1,000's /yr with scrap metal
8. Zero experience
9. It's Totaly Recession proof
10. It's one of the few jobs that are in demand today
11. All communication is through email
12. You can work out of your home
13. I don't advertise and
14. It's a well paying job banks pay me Good MONEY!
This is a REAL job. Yes! you actually have to get out and work OR you can hire others to do it for you. Last year I made thousands in scrap metal and hundreds selling items on the Internet.
Like I always say "One man's treasure is another man's treasure". Most of all, I have a lot of neat things of my own from several jobs or I have given them away to those in need.
Let me show you how to scrap metal from foreclosed homes.
But most of all I make $300-$3,000 on several jobs that I perform and I can work when I want to. I can decide to take a job or take the day off and work on this website or relax (ha! never). It's my company.
Despite what you hear on the news or read on the Internet foreclosures are NOT going away anytime soon.
Banks have been foreclosing on homes for 200 years no matter what state the economy is in and recent laws require banks to maintain these properties until they are sold. That means a steady stream of income.
So who is this friend I told you about? His name is Anthony Simonie. I have watched several of his videos, read his entire manual, listen to his monthly calls, talked with him, and contacted several of his sources for jobs.
He's considered the best in the property clean up industry when it comes to teaching others exactly what the banks want and what HUD expects. He literally has an answer for almost every question out there concerning the property clean out industry.
He'll answer all of your questions online in the special members area but you'll probably already find the answers posted from hundreds of his students. I have seen other foreclosure property preservation training websites and none come close to what Anthony has given his students.
Anthony Simonie is a mentor every step of the way.
I got a hold of Anthony one day and told him that I wanted to share his information with all of my friends here at WFR. So he's allowed me to give you this link to Anthony's free property preservation webinar.
So if you want to make extra income, supplemental income, or just plane full on blown out crazy cash, then let Anthony Simonie show you how to profit from the foreclosure industry. Many of his students start in as little as one week from the time they finish the training.
To learn more about how to get into this
extremely lucrative property clean up industry. I highly recommend signing up for the FREE WEBINAR hosted by Anthony Simonie.
THE TRAINING DOESN'T STOP.
Once you've ordered the manuals you can read and ask other questions on his website and in the monthly phone calls that you become a member of. Anthony's NOT just a trainer...
ANTHONY'S A MENTOR EVERY STEP OF THE WAY!
P.S. With so many foreclosures on the market and in shadow inventory I'm still getting calls from national management companies wanting to hire me. Our skills are desperately in demand and will continue to be in demand for several years to come and once they're cleaned they still need to be maintained.
P.P.S. If you'd like to ask a question or leave a comment for me then fill out the form below and I'll do my best to answer.
P.P.P.S. As I have stated already. The Training that you receive is outstanding. You won't just stop receiving training when you're done with the videos and manuals. It's an ongoing training as long as you're in business.
That's right! I'm still learning new things through Anthony's website. Everything you need, to be successful, is right in front of you. All you have to do is copy and implement his, and hundreds of his students, and including my own personal success.
I have several stacks of checks, invoices and scrap metal receipts along with craigslist cash and listings as proof of my own success with the foreclosure property clean up business. I'll be working on those proof pages soon so I'll keep you posted on that.
Okay, I'm done getting you excited about this recession proof industry, along with the best business to start in ANY economy.
Now...let's go make some money!
