My question is me and my husband just started doing foreclosure cleaning ie. grass cuts , smoke detector changes , maid services for a company from Florida as a new vendor.
In your videos you talk about submitting "bids" how do you do that when the company we work for and we applied for another property preservation company and there is already a " Price sheet " they have ie. a re-cut grass -15,000 square feet - 1 acre is xx amount of dollars. ???
Even though when we have visited the properties for maid service there were light bulbs that were burned out and feces in toilet paint in the bathroom which I learned from your video these would all be charged items we could what you call "bid" on.
HOW do we do this when the company sends us job orders every morning? Thank you in advance for your time.
