New to Foreclosure Cleanout Owner

Pauly,

Thank you for your website and Youtube videos they are great!

My question is me and my husband just started doing foreclosure cleaning ie. grass cuts , smoke detector changes , maid services for a company from Florida as a new vendor.

In your videos you talk about submitting "bids" how do you do that when the company we work for and we applied for another property preservation company and there is already a " Price sheet " they have ie. a re-cut grass -15,000 square feet - 1 acre is xx amount of dollars. ???

Even though when we have visited the properties for maid service there were light bulbs that were burned out and feces in toilet paint in the bathroom which I learned from your video these would all be charged items we could what you call "bid" on.

HOW do we do this when the company sends us job orders every morning? Thank you in advance for your time.

BIdding a Trashout Job
by: Pauly

Hi Brandon,

Many national vendor contractors will have a list of services and pricing that they will pay for. This is usually something agreed by you and them before signing a contract with them. Most if not all companies you work for will have a set price on mowing unless it's an initial grass cut or just extremely high then they would ask for a bid.

I currently work for more local agents than I do national vendors. Rules are a bit different when you work for these agents. Keep in mind though that you should be looking for extra work when you go out to these sites. trimming, mold, vandalism, and as you said burnt out bulbs etc...

Take pics and notify the company you work for and/or your rep for that co. They don't always want to take action because the banks don't want to put any more money into it until they get a notice from the city.

When they will send you another work order based on the info you told them or they may tell you to take care of it based on the price sheet.

Hope I answered your question. Let me know if I didn't and thanks for posting,
~Pauly
